Navigating to Audit Trails

Audit Trails can be used by the Admin users to track all the user activities on various documents.
  1. Choose the Manage option from the Navigation bar and select the Audit Trails from the drop-down menu.


Identifying the user activities

  1. The user activities can be checked against the Document Number, Document Type and Actions performed.
  2. While using the Document Number as a search method, the admin user has to fill in the document number to find all the activities associated with the document.
  3. The Document Type search method could be used by the admin users to identify all the activates pertaining to a specific set of documents, such as PR, PO, Invoice or Vendors.
  4. The admin user can use the Actions option to filter out the documents based on the actions performed on the documents such as approve, reject, destroyed, activated, voided, etc.
