How to Create a Budget Group

Navigating to Finly Budgets

  1. Click on the Organization Logo/Entity Switch button to switch between the entities.


  1. From the Multi Entity Selection screen, choose the Finly Budgets entity.

Creating a Budget Group

  1. In the Budget screen, click on the Create Budget Group button to create a new budget group.

  1. Fill in the details for Budget Group Name, Budget Period, Budget Association, Start and End Dates and Tax Exclusions.
  2. After filling in the details, click on the Create Budget Group button to create a budget group.

  1. Upon successful creation of the budget group, the budget group will be added to the Budget Group List.
