How to create a Utility Subscription

Navigating to Utility Subscription

For a user to create a Utility Subscription, the user  should be assigned the role of a Utility Bill Master Initiator.
  1. Choose the Manage option from the Navigation bar and select the Utility Subscription from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the Add Subscription button.


Creating a Utility Subscription

  1. Fill in details for Title, Policy, Department, Location, Category, Tax Rate, HSN/SAC and Notes (if any) for Biller Details.
  2. Fill in the subscription details such as Mobile Number and Consumer Number / Account Number based on the required subscriptions like Electricity, Water, Telephones, Broadband, LPG, etc.
  3. In  General Details, fill in  the required number of days in the Days before Due Date input   field for the Payment Reminder to be sent and fill in the details for Point Of Contact to whom the reminder has to be sent. 
  4. Click on the Create button after all the required details are filled in.

  1. After creating the subscription, click on Update & Submit to submit the subscription for approval.
  2. Bills belonging to the subscription will be auto- fetched based on the biller.


Manual Bill Fetch

The Manual Bill fetch option could be used by the user to check whether the bills are generated for the particular subscription.
  1. Choose the Manage  option from the Navigation bar and select the  Utility Subscription  from the drop-down menu.
  2. Choose the required utility subscription from the list of utility subscriptions.


  1. Click on the Fetch Bill button to fetch the bill manually.
