How to Reset Account Password

Resetting Password using Forgot Password

  1. Click on the Forgot Password button on the login screen.

Resetting Password using Mobile OTP Method

  1. Choose the Mobile method for OTP Verification.
  2. Fill in your Mobile Number and click on Proceed button


  1. Click on Send OTP button

  1. Fill in the OTP and click on Verify Mobile button.

  1. Fill in the required password in the Set Your New Password input field and confirm the new password in the Re-enter New Password input field.


Resetting Password Using Email Method

  1. Choose the Email method for Resetting the Password.
  2. Fill in your Email Id and click on the Send Link button to receive the link for resetting your password. 


  1. Click on the Reset Password button in the email you have received in your inbox.  

  1. Fill in the required password in the New Password input field and confirm the same password in the Confirm New Password input field.
  2. Click on Change My Password button to update your new password.
