How to View an Upcoming Invoice for an Agreement and Create an Invoice out of it

For a user to create an Agreement Based Invoice, the user should be assigned the role of a  Agreement Invoice Initiator .

Method 01 :

Navigating to Agreements

  1. Choose the Manage option from the Navigation bar and select the Agreements from  the drop-down menu.


Creating Invoices for Upcoming Invoice against the Agreements

  1. Click on the Upcoming Invoices tab.


  1. Click on the Add Invoice button against the required invoice.

  1. After filling in the details for Invoice Name and Notes, click on Create button to create the invoice.

  1. After filling in the details such as Invoice number, Policy and Delivery Address, click on Save and Submit button to submit the Invoice.


Method 02 :

Navigating to Upcoming Invoices

  1. Choose the Payables option from the Navigation bar and select the Upcoming Invoices from  the drop-down menu.


  1. Use the Agreement Number parameter in Search option to search for the Invoices belonging to the required agreement.

  1. Click on Create Invoice button after scrolling to the extreme right of the listed Invoices.

  1. After filling in the details for Invoice Name and Notes, click on Create button to create the invoice.

  1. After filling in the details such as Invoice number, Policy and Delivery address, click on Save and Submit button to submit the Invoice.
